Bile dah nak hujung hujung sem ni, berlambak la jugak assignments yang nak sampai due date. Sigh* Makan minum semua tak menentu, apatah lagi tidur. Tambah tambah dah last sem kan.. Oh btw, tak de la last sem sgt. i mean last sem for me having class n assignments laa coz next sem, I have to undergo my practical training. LOL. Wow, I've grown up! Tak sangka. Hiuhiuhiu.

Ok ok, when talking about assignments, class, field trip, interviews and so on, all these things make us gila kann! Sometime we need some rest so that our brain able to generate brilliant idea and avoid from being blur. Oh anyway, have you heard about power nap before? apa? tak pernah? Haha (memandai jee)

Ok ok.. Here, i would like to share the benefits of power nap! Hoho

Why A Power Nap? Facts on Sleep:

While small children typically take naps in the afternoon, our culture generally frowns upon mid-day sleep; however, even in those who get enough sleep (but particularly in those who don’t), many people experience a natural increase in drowsiness in the afternoon, about 8 hours after waking. And research shows that you can make yourself more alert reduce stress and improve cognitive functioning with a nap. Mid-day sleep, or a ‘power nap’, means more patience, less stress, better reaction time, increased learning, more efficiency and better health.

Power naps of less than 30 minutes—even those as brief as 6 and 10 minutes—restore wakefulness and promote performance and learning.

A power-nap makes you more productive.

Try using a power-nap machine or CD (such as the aptly-named PowerNap) which plays a special audio track that guides your brain through a short sleep. PowerNap cycles the brain through deep and REM sleep, leaving the user refreshed after only 20 minutes spent resting.

REMEMBER! Sleeping too long during the day will keep you awake at night. Keep this in mind. hiuhiuhiu.

Thank you

Atin lee :)
